There is no minimum purchase for trade customers. There is a minimum order of £30 for retail customers.
Yes, there is a minimum order amount of £30. We offer free shipping on all orders over £75 for retail customers.
To order, visit our online shop and create an account during checkout.
To check the status of your order on our site, just click on the link marked “My Account / Order Status” at the top right-hand side of our page.
Click on “My Account / Order Status” to view your orders or edit them. If an order has already begun processing or has shipped, it’s no longer editable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders that have already begun processing or have been shipped. If any changes are required, please contact us as soon as possible.
We currently don’t accept orders made over the phone or via WhatsApp.
We know it can be difficult to get hold of us if you’re not ordering during business hours. That’s why we decided to take orders exclusively via our website. This service is available 24/7, so there’s no need to wait until the next day or the weekend!
The reasons we have exclusive website ordering in place are as follows:
- It’s super convenient! You can order whenever you want and from wherever you like.
- It allows us to serve our customers better by providing them with more options for when they want to order.
- It reduces the amount of time we spend on phone calls, emails, and other non-sales activities so we can focus on what matters most – making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase!
- You don’t have to wait on hold with customer service.
- We don’t need to pay extra staff or rent space for a storefront, so we can pass the savings on to you!
- It’s easier for us to keep track of orders.
- You get your order faster.
- You can easily change your order if you realise you need more or less than what you originally ordered.
- We know that some people prefer shopping online, and we want to make it as easy as possible for them by keeping our website up-to-date with all of our latest products and deals.

We deliver to mainland UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.
Mainland UK costs:
- For trade customers, shipping is free on orders over £200. For orders under £200, shipping costs £6.99.
- For retail customers, shipping is free for orders over £75. For orders under £75, shipping costs £6.99.
Non-mainland UK costs:
We are unable to offer free delivery to the following postcodes. Shipping costs to these areas are calculated at the checkout:
- AB31 – 38, AB40 – 56, IV1 – 28, IV30 – 32, IV36, IV40 – 49, IV51 – 56, IV63, KW1 – 17, KA27 – 28, HS, PA20-38, PA41 – 49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50, ZE [What is the charge?]
- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: BT, IM, TR21-25 [What is the charge?]

If you order Mon–Wed before 1pm, you will receive your order the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays.) If you order after Wednesday at 1pm then your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships.
There are plenty of options for you to choose from. You can change your delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour or drop it off at your local shop.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number. You’ll also get an SMS from 9am on the day of delivery with an estimated 1-hour time slot and a link to live tracking information.
Our couriers will leave the box in a safe place following the instructions you gave when you signed up. We have a “leave safe” policy so you don’t need to be in to sign for a parcel delivered to your home.
Please check your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. This information will help you track your order’s status.
Deliveries can arrive anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm. If you do not receive your parcel, Contact Us as soon as possible.

If you’ve not received your parcel within the expected delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We’ll do everything we can to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

You can access all your past invoices in the “Invoices” tab on your dashboard. Log onto “My Account” and click on “View previous orders.” It is easy to download each invoice with a single click.
You can pay an outstanding balance by following these steps:
- Navigate to the “My Account” tab and select “Payments.”
- Select “Make a payment.”
- Enter your payment information and click “Submit.”
Credit will appear on your account after 2-3 working days.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
To update your payment details, you can either:
- Log into your account, and click on the “Payment Information” tab at the top of the page.
- Or, if you’re looking at your invoice, click on “Edit Payment Information”
